Support Requests

Run into a problem? You can send a request straight to our support team from inside the Nuve application, by opening the Support Requests section in the left-hand menu.

How to open it

After logging in to the Nuve application, click Support Requests in the System group of the left-hand menu and create your request. This help center is not itself a support channel — requests are tracked directly through the application.
